Founded in 1995 by the Khalil family in Salé, Morocco, Dari Couspate (the parent company) has grown into a major agricultural industrial player. It operates several high-capacity production facilities in Morocco that process 100% durum wheat into semolina and couscous. The brand remains under the leadership and ownership of the original founding family through Dari Couspate S.A., which is listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange.
