Elah is a classic Italian candy brand, most famous for its soft toffee and table creams. The company was founded by Francesco Ferdinando Moliè in 1909 in Pegli, near Genoa. It has deep roots in Italian confectionery tradition, known for the iconic 'Cubik' toffee and assorted sweets like the ones shown in the image.

In 1982, the brand became part of the Elah-Dufour group after being acquired by Flavio Repetto. This group later merged with the historic nougat producer Novi, forming the 'Elah Dufour Novi' group. Today, the products are primarily manufactured in the group's facility in Novi Ligure, Italy. The company remains an independent, family-controlled Italian entity, representing a significant portion of Italy's chocolate and confectionery market without being part of a larger global multinational.
