Historically, the brand became famous for its distinctive packaging and advertising. Today, the manufacturing primarily takes place in France, specifically at the Faulquemont site. While it was once owned by major multinationals like Unilever, it has since returned to French ownership.

In 2003, the brand was acquired by Nutrial, and as of 2024 and beyond, it is part of the Nutrimaine group. The brand remains a staple of French breakfast culture, emphasizing its unique blend of cocoa, banana, and cereals.
