Jazztel is a prominent Spanish telecommunications brand that provides fix-line, mobile, Internet, and television services. Originally founded in 1998 by entrepreneur Leopoldo Fernández Pujals, it established itself as a major competitor in the Spanish market by offering high-speed ADSL and fiber services.
In 2015, Jazztel was acquired by the multinational Orange Group (formerly France Télécom). Following the merger between Orange Spain and MásMóvil in 2024, the brand now operates under the umbrella of the MasOrange joint venture. While the service is intrinsically linked to Spanish infrastructure and operations, its ultimate ownership is shared through this massive European telecommunications alliance, maintaining its position as a key budget-friendly brand for the Spanish consumer base.
