Jaume Serra is a renowned Spanish sparkling wine brand specializing in Cava, produced in the historic cellars of Vilanova i la Geltrú, near Barcelona. The brand is deeply rooted in the traditional method of Cava production, utilizing indigenous grape varieties like Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada.

Currently, the brand is owned by J. García Carrión, a leading global wine and juice producer headquartered in Madrid, Spain. Founded in 1890, García Carrión has grown from a family winery in Jumilla into one of the largest players in the international wine market. The production remains localized to Catalonia to maintain the Cava Designation of Origin (DO) status.
