Cornwell’s is a heritage Australian brand with a legacy dating back to 1860, best known for its range of vinegars and specialty sauces like the Mint Sauce seen here. The brand has remained a staple in Australian kitchens for generations, maintaining a strong identity through its classic vinegar-based recipes.

While the brand originated as a local Australian family business, it eventually became part of Cerebos Pacific. In 2018, the brand underwent a significant ownership change when the Japanese food and beverage giant Suntory sold its Cerebos Food & Coffee Division (which included Australian and New Zealand operations) to Kraft Heinz. Today, Cornwell’s products are manufactured in Australia, utilizing both local and imported ingredients to meet the long-standing quality standards associated with the name.

The brand is currently managed under the Kraft Heinz umbrella, combining traditional Australian culinary heritage with the global distribution and resource network of one of the world's largest food companies.
