Rangemaster is the world's oldest manufacturer of range cookers, with a heritage dating back to the late 18th century. The company’s flagship factory is located in Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, where it continues to design and produce its high-end kitchen appliances. This site is significant as it is where the first Range cooker, known as the 'Kitchener', was invented in 1830.

Over the decades, the brand transitioned from the original Sidney Flavel & Co to becoming part of the Aga Rangemaster Group. In 2015, the group underwent a major corporate shift when it was acquired by a global leader in the kitchen appliance market. Today, Rangemaster is recognized globally for blending traditional British craftsmanship with modern cooking technology.

Ownership of the brand currently resides with Middleby Corporation, a multinational headquartered in the United States. Despite the American ownership, the brand remains deeply rooted in British manufacturing, marketing itself on its UK-made quality and heritage-led design aesthetics.
