Schweppes Pink Cassis is a carbonated soft drink flavored with blackcurrant, designed to be consumed on its own or used as a mixer. The Schweppes brand is one of the oldest beverage brands in the world, tracing its roots back to 1783 when Johann Jacob Schweppe developed a process to manufacture carbonated mineral water in Geneva, Switzerland.

Today, the ownership and production of Schweppes are highly fragmented geographically.
