Sibylla fast food

Sibylla is one of Sweden's most iconic fast food brands, with a history dating back to 1932 when Lithells launched it during Sweden's first ever 'hot dog day'. The brand was named after the Swedish Princess Sibylla. Over the decades, it evolved from being purely a manufacturer of hot dogs and grilled sausages into a massive franchised fast-food chain and retail brand available across the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Today, the brand operates under two distinct models: as a popular chain of fast-food restaurants (Sibylla Shop-in-Shop and standalone outlets) and as a retail brand for refrigerated and frozen products. Ownership has transitioned from the original founding Lithells company to the Finnish food industry giant Atria Plc. This acquisition has allowed Sibylla to maintain its Swedish heritage while benefiting from a large-scale international distribution network and manufacturing facilities across Northern Europe.
