Autodoc is a leading European e-commerce platform specializing in automotive spare parts. Founded in Berlin in 2008, the company has grown into a major player in the automotive aftermarket industry, operating across 27 European countries. While Autodoc serves as a retailer and distributor, the automotive parts sold through its platform are manufactured by various third-party suppliers globally, including major OEMs and aftermarket brands.

In late 2023 and onwards into 2024, the company underwent a corporate restructuring, transitioning to a stock corporation (SE). The brand remains under the ultimate control of its founders and associated investment groups. Historically managed by its founders Alexej Erdle, Max Wegner, and Vitalij Kungel, the company has attracted significant interest from private equity firms to fuel its expansion and digital transformation in the logistics and retail sector.
