The brand originated in a small lab located in London and built its reputation on the 'CSA Philosophy,' focusing on Vitamin C and Sunscreen by day, and Vitamin A (Retinoids) by night. It is widely recognized for its science-led approach to anti-aging and clinical-grade formulations.

While the brand started as a niche pharmaceutical venture, it has grown significantly on the international stage. In 2021, the private equity firm Inflexion acquired a majority stake in the brand to accelerate its global expansion. Today, the products are primarily manufactured in the United Kingdom, specifically at their ISO-certified factory just outside of London, ensuring strict quality control over their proprietary technologies.
