UHU All Purpose Adhesive

UHU is a globally recognized brand for adhesives, originating in Germany. The brand became famous after pharmacist August Fischer developed the first ready-to-use clear liquid adhesive in 1932. The product shown is the classic all-purpose glue, which is widely manufactured in its home country of Germany at the UHU GmbH & Co. KG facility located in Bühl.

While the brand was founded as an independent German company, it has been part of the Bolton Group since 1994. The Bolton Group is a large international conglomerate headquartered in Italy, which manages a diverse portfolio of consumer goods across food, home care, and personal care sectors. Despite the Italian ownership, the UHU brand maintains its strong German identity and central manufacturing hub in Germany.
