Bick's is an iconic Canadian pickle brand that traces its heritage back to 1951 when George and Walter Bick began pickling cucumbers on their family farm in Scarborough, Ontario. Over the decades, it grew into Canada's leading brand of pickles, famous for its 'crunch' and distinctive red and white packaging.

While the brand was originally a Canadian family-run operation, ownership transitioned to larger multinational corporations over time. The ultimate owner is currently The J.M. Smucker Company, an American food giant. Although the brand maintains its Canadian identity and remains highly popular in the Canadian market, the manufacturing process was shifted in 2011 from the historic plant in Delhi, Ontario, to facilities in the United States and India to optimize global production chains.
