Caravan Coffee Roasters began its journey in 2010 on Exmouth Market in London, founded by Chris Ammermann, Miles Kirby, and Laura Harper-Hinton. Originally starting as a restaurant and basement roastery, it quickly became a staple of the London specialty coffee scene, known for its focus on quality sourcing and sustainable roasting practices.

In early 2024, the brand reached a significant milestone when it was acquired by the global coffee powerhouse, Luigi Lavazza S.p.A. Despite the acquisition, Caravan continues to roast its coffee in its London facilities, maintaining its local identity while benefiting from the logistical support and global reach of its new Italian parent company. The brand remains committed to its 'All Day' philosophy, providing craft coffee to retail, wholesale, and hospitality sectors across the UK.
