In Spain, the brand is managed and developed by Restaurant Brands Iberia (RB Iberia), which serves as the master franchisee. A key differentiator for Popeyes in the Spanish market is its commitment to local sourcing; the company utilizes 100% fresh, non-frozen chicken of Spanish origin for its restaurants in the country, adapting its supply chain to meet quality and local sustainability standards while maintaining its signature Louisiana marination process.
