Gøl Sønderjysk Spegepølse

Gøl Sønderjysk Spegepølse is a traditional Danish dry-cured sausage made from high-quality Danish pork. The recipe includes pork meat, salt, dextrose, red wine, spices, antioxidants (E 301, E 300), dried vegetables (beetroot, carrot, tomato, bell pepper), hydrolyzed maize and rapeseed protein, spice extracts, yeast extract, garlic, starter culture, and preservative (E 250). The product is smoked over beech wood, imparting a distinctive flavor. It is available in 125g packages and is produced in Denmark.
