Grosso Napoletano is a Spanish pizzeria chain founded in 2017 by Hugo Rodríguez de Prada and Jorge Blas, aiming to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to Spain. The company imports key ingredients from Italy, such as San Marzano tomatoes and mozzarella, while also sourcing fresh local produce. Their pizzas are baked in wood-fired ovens crafted by fourth-generation artisans from Naples. The brand has expanded to multiple locations across Spain, including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Zaragoza, Seville, Pamplona, Murcia, and San Sebastián. In 2022, Grosso Napoletano was recognized as the third-best artisanal pizza chain globally by the 50 Top Pizza ranking.
