Alpro Hafermilch

Alpro Hafermilch is a plant-based beverage made from oats, offering a dairy-free alternative to traditional milk. Alpro, a Belgian company founded in 1980, specializes in plant-based products such as soy, almond, and oat-based drinks. In 2009, Alpro was acquired by the American company Dean Foods for approximately $455 million. In 2013, Dean Foods spun off WhiteWave Foods, which managed Alpro, as an independent company. In July 2016, the French company Danone acquired WhiteWave Foods for $10.4 billion, completing the acquisition in April 2017. As a result, Alpro became part of Danone, a French multinational food-products corporation. Alpro's products are manufactured in multiple countries, including Belgium, France, and the United Kingdom, and are available in over 25 countries worldwide.
