Stastnik is a traditional Austrian brand specialized in high-quality meat products, specifically salami and snacks (Cabanos). Founded in 1898 in Gerasdorf near Vienna, the brand has built a reputation for its slow-aging and smoking techniques.

The brand was originally a family company, Stastnik GmbH, and remains deeply rooted in its original production site in Gerasdorf, Austria. In 1998, celebrating its centenary, it became a part of the Radatz group, another prominent Austrian family-owned meat processing company. Today, Stastnik operates as a subsidiary under the Radatz family umbrella, maintaining its production facilities in Austria to ensure traditional quality standards while benefiting from the larger distribution network of the parent company.
