CCM Hockey is a renowned Canadian brand specializing in ice hockey equipment, including sticks, skates, helmets, and protective gear. Founded in 1899 as Canada Cycle & Motor Limited, the company initially produced bicycles and automobiles. In 1905, CCM began manufacturing hockey skates and expanded its product line to include various hockey gear. Over the years, the brand has undergone several ownership changes, including acquisitions by Reebok in 2004 and Adidas in 2005. In 2017, Adidas sold its hockey operations to Birch Hill Equity Partners, and in 2024, Altor Equity Partners acquired a majority stake in Sport Maska Inc., the parent company of CCM Hockey.
