Brea Rosé 2018

Brea Rosé 2018 is a premium rosé wine crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the Mariah Vineyard in Mendocino Ridge, California. The wine undergoes whole-cluster pressing into stainless steel, followed by native yeast fermentation for 21 days. After fermentation, it is aged on the lees for 3 months, enhancing its complexity and depth. Bottled in February 2019, this rosé offers a delicate balance of freshness and richness, characteristic of the Mendocino terroir.
