GEPA Café Blanc chocolate

GEPA Café Blanc is a white organic chocolate infused with instant coffee, offering a delightful blend of flavors. The cocoa content is at least 32%, and the chocolate is made with raw cane sugar and real cocoa butter, without emulsifiers, ensuring a tender texture due to extra long conching. The instant coffee used is Benita, which is also organically cultivated. The ingredients include raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, instant coffee (2%), and vanilla extract. The product is certified organic and fair trade, with the cocoa sourced from El Naranjillo in Peru, Manduvirá in Paraguay, and COOPROAGRO in the Dominican Republic. The milk comes from the cooperative Milchwerke Berchtesgadener Land in Germany.
