Ceres Strong Ale

Ceres Strong Ale is a high-alcohol-content Danish beer originally brewed in the city of Aarhus. Named after the Roman goddess of agriculture and grain, the brand was established at the Ceres Brewery in 1856. Over the decades, Ceres became one of Denmark's most successful export beers, gaining massive popularity particularly in the Italian market.

Today, Ceres is no longer an independent brewery but is part of Royal Unibrew, a major Nordic beverage company. While the original brewery in Aarhus closed its production lines years ago, the brewing remains primarily in Denmark under Royal Unibrew's modern facilities.
