Pulmoll pastilles are a renowned brand of throat lozenges with a rich history dating back to 1946. Originally invented by French pharmacist Jacques Lafarge near Paris, the brand's name is derived from the Latin word 'pulmonis', meaning lungs. The product gained immense popularity for its soothing properties and distinctive round tin packaging.

In 1956, Pulmoll was introduced to the German market, where it became a staple in pharmacies and drugstores. Today, the brand is owned by Kalfany Süße Werbung GmbH & Co. KG, which is part of the Zertus Group. Manufacturing is centralized in Germany, specifically in the Black Forest region, from where the pastilles are exported to over 30 countries worldwide. The Lemon variety shown is a sugar-free option sweetened with Stevia, containing Vitamin C and fruit juice concentrate.
