Tiger Placebo Classic is a caffeine-free variant of the popular Tiger Energy Drink, specifically designed to offer the familiar 'classic' energy drink flavor without the stimulant effects of caffeine. Launched around March 2023, the product targets consumers who enjoy the ritual or taste of energy drinks but wish to avoid caffeine, possibly in response to Polish regulations regarding the sale of high-caffeine beverages to minors.

The Tiger brand has a storied history in Poland. It was originally launched in 2003 by the company FoodCare (formerly Gellwe) under a license agreement with the famous Polish-German boxer Dariusz 'Tiger' Michalczewski. Following a complex legal dispute over trademark rights and royalty payments in 2010, the brand license was transferred to the Maspex Group. Today, Tiger is one of the leading energy drink brands in Central and Eastern Europe, produced primarily in Poland and exported to numerous international markets.
