Witor's Noir chocolate

Witor's is a prestigious Italian chocolate brand with a history dating back to 1959. It was founded by Roberto Bonetti in a small laboratory in Cremona, Italy. The brand gained significant fame in the 1960s with the creation of the 'Boero,' a dark chocolate praline filled with liqueur and a cherry, which became a staple in Italian bars. Over the decades, the company transitioned from artisanal to industrial production while maintaining its reputation for Italian craftsmanship.

Today, Witor's produces a wide variety of pralines, chocolate bars, and snacks, exporting to over 80 countries worldwide. Since July 2021, the company has been part of the portfolio of 21 Invest, an investment group founded by Alessandro Benetton. This acquisition aimed to modernize the brand and strengthen its international presence. Despite its global reach, the heart of production remains in Italy, specifically in the Cremona region, where it continues to blend traditional recipes with modern industrial innovation.
