TEREA tobacco sticks for IQOS ILUMA

TEREA is a specialized brand of tobacco sticks designed specifically for the IQOS ILUMA induction heating system. Unlike traditional cigarettes that burn tobacco, TEREA sticks contain a metal heating element (SMARTCORE INDUCTION SYSTEM) that heats the tobacco from within to release a nicotine-containing aerosol without combustion. The packaging shown features Polish text ("Ten wyrób tytoniowy szkodzi Twojemu zdrowiu"), indicating it is intended for the Polish market.

TEREA is manufactured globally by Philip Morris International (PMI). Major production centers for these heated tobacco units are located in Italy (Bologna), South Korea (Yangsan), and Switzerland (Neuchâtel). PMI has also recently invested in manufacturing facilities in the United States to support the expansion of the IQOS brand. Ownership remains with PMI, which has pivoted its business model toward 'smoke-free' alternatives, with the IQOS brand ecosystem now representing a significant portion of its global revenue.
