Eden Thai Curry Kichererbse

Eden is one of the world's oldest vegetarian brands, with its roots tracing back to the 'Eden' fruit-growing settlement (Obstbausiedlung) founded in Oranienburg near Berlin in 1893. The brand was established by a community of pioneers who sought a lifestyle in harmony with nature and vegetarian principles. Over more than a century, it evolved from a local cooperative into a leading health-food brand in the German-speaking market.

In 2015, the brand was acquired by the Swiss food company Hügli, which subsequently became part of the Bell Food Group in 2018. Since early 2022, the brand's operational management has been fully integrated into Hügli following a merger with Heirler Cenovis. The products are primarily manufactured in Germany, maintaining the brand's long-standing commitment to organic standards and plant-based nutrition. Today, Eden remains a key player in the European organic and health food sectors under the ownership of the Bell Food Group.
