Oral-B Braun OxyJet oral irrigator

The Oral-B OxyJet is a specialized oral irrigator designed to improve gum health through micro-bubble technology. The brand Oral-B was originally founded in the United States in 1950 by Dr. Robert Hutson, while Braun is a historic German company founded in 1921 by Max Braun.

Today, both brands are unified under the ownership of Procter & Gamble (P&G), following P&G's acquisition of Gillette in 2005. While Oral-B focuses on dental care and Braun on engineering and design, the OxyJet system is a collaborative product often engineered and manufactured in Germany at P&G's Global Center of Excellence in Kronberg and its specialized production site in Marktheidenfeld. However, certain components or specific localized versions may be assembled in other global facilities, such as in China, to meet regional demand.
