Kungsörnen flour

Kungsörnen is a historic Swedish food brand established in 1929 in the Skåne region. Originally focused on flour production, the brand has grown into a cornerstone of Swedish pantries, known for its high-quality grain-based products including flour, pasta, and baking mixes.

The brand is owned by Lantmännen Cerealia, a division of Lantmännen, which is a large agricultural cooperative owned by approximately 18,000 Swedish farmers. Production is primarily centered in Sweden, with major facilities such as the pasta factory in Järna (active since 1959) and the mill in Malmö. Because Lantmännen Cerealia operates across the Nordic region, some specific product lines or mixes may be processed in their other facilities in Denmark, Norway, or Finland.

As of 2026, Kungsörnen remains under the ultimate ownership of the Lantmännen cooperative, maintaining its strong focus on sustainable, farm-to-fork production using locally sourced Nordic grains.
