Acqua Ulmeta is a private-label mineral water brand exclusive to the Italian supermarket chain Esselunga. The water is sourced from the Ulmeta spring located in Ormea, within the province of Cuneo, Piedmont, at an altitude of approximately 950 meters in the Maritime Alps.

While Esselunga owns the brand and distributes the product, the bottling and manufacturing are handled by San Bernardo S.p.A. (S.Bernardo), a renowned Italian beverage company. The brand and its parent company, Esselunga S.p.A., remain under the ultimate ownership of the Caprotti family, specifically through Marina Sylvia Caprotti, who took full control of the retail giant following a family consolidation in 2020. This product is characterized by its very low sodium content and is often recognized for its purity and sustainability, using packaging that contains 50% recycled plastic (rPET).
