Änglamark Organic Minimælk (Thise)

Änglamark Organic Minimælk is a premium organic milk product sold exclusively through Coop stores in Denmark. The milk is produced and bottled by Thise Mejeri, an independent organic cooperative dairy located in Salling, Denmark. Thise has a long-standing partnership with Coop dating back to the early 1990s, acting as a primary supplier for their organic private label range.

The Änglamark brand itself was originally created by Coop Sweden in 1991 as a dedicated label for organic, environmentally friendly, and allergy-friendly products. In 2006, it was introduced across the Nordic region following the formation of Coop Norden. Today, the brand is managed by Coop Trading, which is a joint procurement company owned by the national Coop organizations in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
