Blossa Glögg Vinglögg

Blossa is a storied Swedish brand of glögg, a traditional Nordic mulled wine. Its origins date back to 1895 when Johan Daniel Grönstedt's wine retail company, J.D. Grönstedt & Co, developed the original recipe in Stockholm's Gamla Stan (Old Town). For over a century, the brand has been synonymous with Swedish winter traditions, known for its secret blend of classic spices like cardamom, cloves, and ginger.

Historically produced in Sweden by the state-owned monopoly Vin & Sprit, the production moved to Svendborg, Denmark, following the closure of the Swedish factory in 2008 by then-owner Pernod Ricard. Today, the brand is owned by the Anora Group, a leading Nordic wine and spirits company formed in 2021 through the merger of Altia and Arcus. While the brand remains quintessentially Swedish in heritage and market presence, the physical bottling and production are primarily located in Denmark.
