Its products are primarily manufactured in countries with established textile industries, including China, Vietnam, Bangladesh, and Indonesia. This global supply chain allows the brand to scale production for its worldwide audience.

In recent decades, the brand's ownership has seen significant shifts. After a period of financial restructuring, Quiksilver became part of Boardriders, Inc. In 2023, Authentic Brands Group (ABG) acquired Boardriders, bringing Quiksilver into a massive portfolio alongside other major names like Billabong and Roxy. ABG manages the brand's global intellectual property and works with various regional partners for distribution and retail operations.
