Løgismose Økologisk Skyr Naturel

Løgismose is a renowned Danish brand specializing in high-quality food products and delicacies. The organic skyr shown in the image is a traditional Icelandic-style cultured dairy product, specifically manufactured in Denmark using organic Danish milk. The production takes place at Løgismose's own dairy facility, Løgismose Mejeri, located in Allested-Vejle on the island of Funen (Fyn).

Founded in 1965 by Lene and Sven Grønlykke, Løgismose began as a small venture on the Løgismose estate. Over the decades, it evolved from a local dairy and wine importer into a major player in the Danish culinary scene. In 2015, it merged with the activities of Claus Meyer to form Løgismose Meyers under the ownership of private equity firm IK Partners. However, in June 2023, the brand returned to family-owned Danish hands when it was acquired by Halberg A/S, a diversified company based in Svendborg. This move brought the brand's ownership back to its geographical roots in Southern Funen.
