Vistage Worldwide, Inc. is recognized as the world's largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization. Founded in 1957 by Robert Nourse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the organization was originally known as The Executive Committee (TEC). The foundational concept was to provide a confidential space for non-competing business leaders to share challenges and collective wisdom, a model that has since expanded globally.

While the brand originated in the United States, its services are delivered across more than 35 countries through a network of local Chairs and peer groups. In July 2022, Gridiron Capital, a private equity firm based in New Canaan, Connecticut, completed a significant investment in Vistage, becoming its ultimate owner. This partnership aims to accelerate Vistage’s global expansion and enhance its human capital management and training offerings for small and midsize businesses into 2026 and beyond.
