Sessantanni Old Vines Primitivo di Manduria is an iconic red wine from the Puglia region in southern Italy. It is produced by Cantine San Marzano, a major cooperative winery that has played a pivotal role in the modern winemaking renaissance of the Salento area. The wine is made from 100% Primitivo grapes harvested from 'old vines' (vigne vecchie), many of which are at least sixty years old, grown in the red soils of the San Marzano and Sava districts.

Originally founded in 1962 by 19 local vine growers, the cooperative has grown into a prestigious international brand. The Sessantanni label itself was first launched in 2000 and is celebrated for its intense, full-bodied character with notes of cherry jam, tobacco, and cocoa. Today, the brand remains under the ownership of San Marzano Vini S.p.A., maintaining its roots as a collective enterprise involving over 1,200 small-scale growers who contribute to the production of high-quality wines that represent the terroir of Manduria.
