Bimar air fryer

Bimar is a historic Italian brand founded in 1974 by Luciana Bigliani and Alfredo Brianzi in Sirmione, Brescia. Originally a manufacturer of gas hobs and stoves, the company evolved into a leading distributor and designer of small household appliances and smart home devices. While the brand maintains its headquarters, design team, and engineering focus in Italy through its BDesign division, its manufacturing is globally distributed.

Historically, Bimar was one of the first Italian companies to establish production agreements in China (Shenzhen and Hong Kong) as early as 1978. Today, most of their electronic cooking appliances, including air fryers, are manufactured in China under Italian quality standards and design specifications. Ownership of the brand remains tied to the founding family through Bimar S.r.l., though the company expanded its reach by joining the European Kalorik Team group in 1992, allowing for broader distribution across the continent.
