Today, the brand remains family-owned and independent of the world's largest tobacco conglomerates (the 'Big Six'). The product is manufactured entirely at the company's 80,000-square-meter facility in Kalamata, utilizing high-quality Virginia leaf and traditional blending techniques.

Karelia Tobacco Company Inc. is publicly traded on the Athens Stock Exchange, but the founding Karelia family maintains majority control and ownership, with members of the family occupying key leadership roles, including Managing Director and Chairwoman.
