Hitchcock Bio Zitronensaft is a premium organic lemon juice produced by HITCHCOCK GmbH, a well-known German brand specializing in high-quality fruit juices and seasoning juices. The brand was originally founded in 1966 by Ingeborg Hitchcock, a pioneer in the German juice market who focused on delivering 100% direct juice (not from concentrate).

Since 1999, the Hitchcock brand has been a key part of the Valensina Group (Valensina GmbH), which is headquartered in Mönchengladbach, Germany. The production of Hitchcock products primarily takes place in Germany across the group's modern facilities in Mönchengladbach, Vechta, or Erding. In late 2021, the Valensina Group entered a strategic partnership where the Thai-based Boon Rawd Brewery (famous for Singha beer) acquired a 50% stake in the company, though the group continues to operate as an owner-managed family business with its roots and main operations firmly in Germany.
