Tuborg Squash soft drink

Tuborg Squash is an iconic Danish orange-flavored soft drink that has been a staple of the country's beverage culture since its introduction in 1936. Known for its distinct citrus taste and a historical 'two-orange rule' (representing the juice equivalent in each bottle), it became a national treasure through beloved television advertising campaigns in the late 1980s and 1990s.

The brand was originally orange-flavored soda water created by the Tuborg Breweries. In 1970, Tuborg merged with Carlsberg to form United Breweries, which later became the Carlsberg Group. While Tuborg is globally famous for its beer, in its home market of Denmark, the Squash brand remains one of the oldest and most recognizable soft drink labels.

Today, the brand is owned and managed by Carlsberg Danmark, a subsidiary of the global Carlsberg Group. In recent years, the brand has undergone a revitalization, including a visual rebranding in 2021 and a 2025 expansion of the product line to include sugar-free versions and new fruit flavors, ensuring its relevance for future generations while maintaining its manufacturing roots in Denmark.
