Despite the brand's French production, some components of the base wine may be sourced from other European regions, though the final product is bottled and refined in France.

Nozeco is owned by Les Grands Chais de France (GCF Group), France's largest privately-owned wine producer. Founded in 1979 by Joseph Helfrich, the company remains a family-owned enterprise headquartered in Petersbach, Alsace. GCF Group manages an extensive portfolio of international wine brands, including J.P. Chenet and Calvet, and has expanded Nozeco's lineup to include various sparkling and still non-alcoholic varieties to meet the growing global demand for sober-curious lifestyle options.
