Chevrolet HHR

The Chevrolet HHR, short for "Heritage High Roof," is a retro-styled compact vehicle that was produced between 2005 and 2011. Its design was heavily inspired by mid-century Chevrolet models, particularly the 1947 Chevrolet Suburban and Advance Design pickups. The car was built on the General Motors Delta platform, which it shared with other contemporary models like the Chevrolet Cobalt and Pontiac G5.

Throughout its production life, the Chevrolet HHR was manufactured exclusively at the Ramos Arizpe Assembly plant in Coahuila, Mexico. Although it was primarily sold in North America, it also saw limited distribution in European and Japanese markets. The brand itself, Chevrolet, is a cornerstone of American automotive history, having been founded in Detroit in 1911 by Louis Chevrolet and William C. Durant. Today, Chevrolet remains a primary division of General Motors (GM), which continues to oversee the brand's global operations and transition into electric vehicle technology.
