The brand's manufacturing primarily takes place in the United Kingdom, specifically at its facility in Leigh, Greater Manchester. In 2007, the Pathak family sold the business to Associated British Foods (ABF), a global food, ingredients, and retail group. Under ABF's ownership, Patak's has continued its global expansion, maintaining its reputation for authentic Indian flavors while operating as part of ABF's grocery division.
