Privatbrauerei Hofmann is a historic family-owned brewery located in Pahres, a district of Gutenstetten in Middle Franconia, Germany. Founded in 1663 by Jeremias Hofmann, the brewery has remained in the hands of the Hofmann family for over 360 years, spanning eleven generations. The product featured is a special anniversary beer, often referred to as 'Jubeltrunk 1663,' which celebrates this long-standing brewing tradition.

The brewery is a cornerstone of the regional Franconian beer culture, utilizing local ingredients such as water from its own wells, Franconian barley malt, and hops from the Hersbruck and Hallertau regions. Despite its growth into one of the largest private breweries in Western Middle Franconia, it maintains artisanal brewing methods and remains strictly independent and family-owned under the current leadership of Georg Hofmann.
