Leksands Normalgräddat is a traditional Swedish crispbread produced by Leksands Knäckebröd, a family-owned bakery with a history dating back to 1817. The brand's official corporate establishment occurred in 1929 when Anna Karlsdotter and Jon Olof Olsson founded the bakery in Häradsbygden, Dalarna. The product is made using a time-honored recipe featuring Swedish whole grain rye, water from the family's own spring, yeast, and salt.

Today, the company remains independently owned and operated by the Joon family, now in its sixth generation. Manufacturing is concentrated at their facility in Leksand, Sweden, which is notable for its commitment to sustainability. The bakery has been fossil-free since 2013, utilizing renewable energy such as wind and hydropower. Leksands Knäckebröd is one of Sweden's largest producers of crispbread, maintaining a strong local identity while exporting its products internationally.
