In early 2025, the Polish media and e-commerce giant Wirtualna Polska (WP) Holding acquired the Invia Group. However, by late 2025, a strategic deal was announced to sell Fluege.de (specifically Invia Flights Germany GmbH) to Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited, a major Chinese travel service provider listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. This acquisition, valued at approximately €42.3 million, marks the brand's integration into a global technological network focused on international flight booking expansion.
