Atomic Skis

Atomic is one of the world's most prestigious manufacturers of skiing equipment, founded in the heart of the Alps. Established in 1955 by Alois Rohrmoser in Altenmarkt im Pongau, Austria, the brand revolutionized the industry with its high-performance racing skis and innovative technologies like Servotec and Doubledeck.

While the company has grown into a global powerhouse, it maintains a strong commitment to its roots. The majority of Atomic's high-end skis and racing models are still produced in their flagship factory in Altenmarkt, which is one of the largest ski manufacturing facilities in the world. To meet global demand, some components and entry-level models are manufactured in other facilities, notably in Bulgaria.

Today, Atomic is a key brand within the portfolio of Amer Sports. Amer Sports was historically a Finnish company but was acquired by a consortium led by the Chinese sportswear giant Anta Sports. Despite changes in global ownership, Atomic continues to operate out of Austria, maintaining its heritage of alpine engineering and professional racing excellence.
