Lynk & Co is a global premium automotive brand founded in 2016 through a joint venture between Geely Auto Group and Volvo Cars. Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, the brand was established with a focus on connectivity, digital integration, and innovative sales models such as vehicle subscriptions and car sharing. It positions itself as a 'near-premium' marque, bridgeing the gap between the mass-market Geely brand and the luxury Volvo brand.

While the brand's design and engineering are heavily influenced by its Swedish roots and technology sharing with Volvo (such as the Compact Modular Architecture), the manufacturing of Lynk & Co vehicles is primarily centered in China. Key production facilities include the Luqiao plant in Taizhou and the Zhangjiakou plant. The company has also utilized other facilities within the Geely ecosystem, including plants in Ningbo.

In late 2024, the ownership structure of Lynk & Co was significantly reorganized. As of 2026, the brand is co-owned by Zeekr Group (holding a 51% majority stake) and Geely Auto (holding 49%). Both Zeekr and Geely Auto are subsidiaries of the Zhejiang Geely Holding Group, making Geely the ultimate parent company. In Europe, Volvo Cars serves as the exclusive importer and distributor, leveraging its existing retail network to support the brand's growth.
