Flensburger Pilsener, colloquially known as "Flens," is an iconic German beer produced by the Flensburger Brauerei Emil Petersen GmbH & Co. KG. Based in Flensburg, the northernmost city in Germany near the Danish border, the brewery has remained an independent family-owned business since its founding in 1888. It is renowned for its commitment to the traditional swing-top bottle, which produces a characteristic "plop" sound upon opening—a sound the company has even trademarked.

The beer is brewed according to the German Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) of 1516, utilizing regional coastal barley from the Schleswig-Holstein area and water from the brewery's own glacial spring.
